But that is probably really tough when it comes to this time of the year.

This is the time of the year where many eat and make marry. It is the time of the year where you've just barely finished digesting a massive Xmas dinner when the neighbors start showing up with tins of Christmas cookies. And it's tough to resist the dangerous allure of the ultra-rich eggnogs and all that calorie-adding booze at your company's holiday party.

This month isn't just about sharing gifts or the holiday spirit – it's also very much about eating. And though the culinary indulgences may seem irresistible, when you discover that your favorite jeans won't slide past your thighs anymore, you kind of wish you'd given that last cookie a miss.

The holiday season tends to make even the fittest of people pack on the extra pounds. The worst part is, unless you want to shell out for an expensive membership at your local gym, it can be tough to drop the weight – it's not much fun to bike ride in a blizzard, after all.

Still, if you want to keep the pounds from piling on, there are plenty of great ways to stay svelte that don't involve diet pills or a treadmill. Here are our favorite lazy ways to lose the weight.

Snack smart.
There's really nothing wrong with sneaking in a quick afternoon snack – as long as it's the right kind. To avoid the weight gain, stay away from chips, pretzels, and other processed foods, and go for a healthy snack like baby carrots with fat-free ranch dressing instead. When you snack the correct foods, you tend to feel more full and will not end up eating more than you should.

Control Your Portions
For snack maniacs, if you absolutely must get your daily dose of Doritos or Sun Chips, control your portions: Research shows that when food is measured out in advance, we eat a lot less of it, so pick up some 100-calorie snack bags or parcel out the contents of a large bag into individually-portioned plastic baggies before you dig in.

Don't hang around the wrong crowd.
According to a recent study, most women tend to gain weight after moving in with their boyfriends, likely because they start picking up their partners' unhealthy eating habits. If you share the same problem, we're not advocating that you ditch your significant other – but it might help to implement a household healthy eating plan, and tell your partner to chow down on his burgers and pizza elsewhere.

If you work at an office, try starting a Co-Worker Diet plan, where you and like-minded colleagues can keep track of your dietary accomplishments and cheer each other on. You're much less likely to sneak that donut at breakfast when you know it'll make you the office pariah all day.

Be self-aware.
Studies have shown that weight loss is much more effective when you set goals for yourself. Know what weight you want to be at and measure yourself everyday to see how far or near away you are from your goal. In case you ate too much last might, the weighing machine will act as a good reminder for you to watch your diet today.

It also helps to be mindful of how much exercise you do on a regular day: Even if you don't do any extra work, when you're aware of how many calories you burn on an ordinary day, studies show that you're likely to lose weight and gain other health benefits. It may seem strange, but when your body knows it's been working hard, it'll act like it.

Sleep tight.
When you manage to sleep well on a regular basis, you're far more likely to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, according to a massive study performed by Case Western University. According to the results, poor sleepers were 30 percent more likely to have gained over 30 pounds during a 16-year period. Make sure you sleep seven hours a night or more to gain all the health benefits that shut-eye can provide.

It's the end of the year again and there is going to be a never ending stream of dinners and parties.

It's the time where we search for THE DREAM DRESS so that we can dress to kill and impress.

In my many years of experience however, there is no dream dress unless we have a dream body. I mean, if you have a good figure, no matter what you wear, you will STILL look good!

If we have a less than perfect figure, no matter what we wear, we don't feel good about it.

And one of the most important parts of our figure that we often seek to enhance is our bust.

Robert Lost 18Kg in 2 Months

I used to be quite fit as I was a long distance runner. In fact, when I was 22, 23, I was so fit that I would take part in marathons.

Over the years, as I grew up, due to the nature of my work (I am an event organizer for a local company that produces beauty pageants), I started to put on more and more weight.

Stress, lack of exercise and also a unhealthy lifestyle that often included late night suppers and late night booze started to take it's toll.

I started putting on more and more weight and started to lose my hair. I felt heavy and clumsy and often felt tired and I had not even reached my mid twenties!

The fact that I was often around very slim, beautiful models did not help as well as I was constantly reminded of how huge I was when I stood beside them during our photo-taking sessions.

By the time I was 24 years old, I started to look like I was in my 30s. To me, I felt as if I put on 20kg overnight. Even my sister, Yee Lin, started to laugh and poke fun at me.

Some time later, I saw my sister lose 18kg within 3 months and I was really amazed. She told me that Angel taught her how to lose weight and I was a little tempted to find out how.

Nevertheless, since I was a runner, I believed that I could lose weight by starting to exercise again and so I started to go jogging again. Alas, before I could even lose 3kg, due to time constraints, I had to stop.

And after that, someone else introduced me to some slimming detox product which I was told was also consumed by many HK actors. I bought some but never really found the motivation to use it to lose weight.

In order to help me and motivate me, my sister even decided to compete losing weight with me. Me with my slimming detox product and exercise and her using Angel's detox programme.

Yvonne Wears The Bikini AGAIN After Losing 10kg

I Love To Be Beautiful
As I am someone who takes good care of my looks and I love beautiful clothes, as a result, I often worry about my weight.

When I saw Angel lose 15kg effortlessly, I was quite amazed. I started to ask Clari, her sister, how her sister lost weight but I never got around to really meeting up with her to find out more.

Constipated For 10 Days
The final push factor came in when I was constipated for 10 good days. I tried drinking fruit juices, eating lots of vegetables, drinking lots of water but nothing helped and it felt terrible to have lots of stuff in your bloated tummy with nothing coming out.

Angel taught me how to detox my colon and it was such a huge relief to see my tummy getting smaller.

Lost 10kg within a month
After that, my confidence in the detox improved by leaps and bounds and I started to ask about how I can lose more weight to look younger and slimmer. A mother of two then, I kept wanting to lose that post pregnancy weight for the past 3 years but just did not manage to do it.

But despite showing such good results, my husband remained skeptical all the way until the world cup season where he had to stay up late to watch the soccer matches. Usually, when he stays up late, he would fall sick the next day.

Yuen Lost 7kg within 4 weeks!

I heard about the detox from my colleague.

I had a soft spot for food and would often gorge myself. As a result, I started to get fatter and fatter. Over time, I also started finding that as I get nearer to my forties, my metabolic rate and energy level has started to dip. I find that I am no longer able to enjoy doing sports or playing with my 3 kids for long even though I loved being outdoors and being active.

Evelyn lost 6kg And Regained Better Health

I have a bad knee and it was starting to hurt really bad when I walk, coupled with the breathlessness and the amount of perspiration, being an active person, this really is starting to get to me. I got grumpy and was easily irritated at home and at work.

Then I started to feel more and more lethargic and started to get getting really worried about my health. My bad knee has been aching more and more frequently and the my doctor said I had to lose weight so as to lessen the burden on them.

And so, I started to actively look out for ways to lose weight, slimming centres are out, as I believe that health comes from within, what we consume. Thus started my search on the Internet.

Liming Lost 8kg and Became Radiant Bride

I put on weight very easily.

The moment I STOP watching what I eat, I would balloon immediately.

I started becoming interested in the detox when I saw my friend, Clari, eating and eating and not growing fat. Out of curiosity, I asked her what was her secret and she shared that she was actually taking some sort of products that her sister was using as well.

As I had been gaining weight uncontrollably and had wanted to get married, I was really desperate for a way out. My weight problem was a nightmare then and it has already gotten so bad that even my mum was also laughing at my 'big backside'.

Customized based on my budget
Then, I was on a really tight budget and couldn't really afford much. Because Clari is a long time friend whom I trusted very much and because Angel told me that the programme can be customized based on my budget, I made a decision to learn how to lose weight from Angel.

What made the detox seem very attractive to me was the fact that it was more of a health programme that improved our health. Brother has gained weight While I am happy with my weight loss experience, my brother, Louis, is happy about his weight gain after detox. Most people would guess that I am 10 times younger than my actual age. How many years YOUNG do you think I am?

Youthfulness AND Vitality With Detox
Actually, I have always liked to take good care of my looks. This is the reason why I look like I am in my 30's despite already being in my mid forties.

But despite being able to keep my youthful good looks with a good diet, natural good genes and a smoke-free + alcohol-free lifestyle, I was suffering from chronic fatigue for quite some time.

Everyday, I would start to feel really tired by mid day. I will start to lose all interest at work and by the time I knock off at 6 and feel so tired that I have no interest in doing anything else but go home and sleep.

Bye Bye To Colon Cancer!

My transformation journey began 7 years ago and I have since received many benefits from the detox.

My “Bloody Hell”
I have always been having problems with my health. Especially in the colon area and by the time I was 16 in 1998, I started to suffered from intestinal bleeding, largely due to a growing ulcer in my large intestines. Other than the ulcer, the doctors found 2 tumors as well and because of that, at the tender age of 16, I had to go for my first surgery.

I was told then that I had a very high chance of contracting colon cancer. To a 16 year old, this was devastating news.

The worst thing was that even after my surgery, bleeding didn’t stop. I was practically “bleeding” once every 2 days, even when I take my medication. I tried dieting, taking more vegetables, fiber based products to curb the problem. It worked for a while but the problems persist.

As a result, I became really pale, and weak (due to the loss of blood). I felt constipated all the time as I just could not pass motion, I would stay in the toilet for hours and not be able to pass out anything. That was really frustrating for me.

And even if I DID manage to pass something out, they are always bloody.

How I Got My Health Back
In 1999 Dec, I got to know two very dear friends, Veronica and George (Angel’s mentors who were health consultants then).

I chanced upon the detox programme and the health foods used when Veronica was taking the Vplus as we chatted. I told her about my my bleeding colon and she just chucked 20 VPlus into my health, saying that it might help.

In less than 24 hours, the detox worked!

I was in the toilet for 2 .5 hours and during that mere 2.5 hours, I passed out 3 kg of “waste”! It was a day I could never forget!

That day, I pressed “flushing” button for more than 7 times, and the things that came out where so sticky and disgusting that it clogged the whole toilet system and broke it down.

I was never a healthy kid, was born asthmatic and my diet was poor, loads of meat and hardly any vegetables (my family can’t live without meat.. lol) .

It came as a surprise, because years ago the surgeon told me that , from his medical experience and knowledge with colon patients, once you have ulcer, its for life, but , hunza products proved him wrong ! I am going to continue taking the products until the ulcer disappear ! and I know it will !

Clari’s Gets Prettier By The Day

I have been taking Hunza products since 2003. Back then. I did not feel much changes as I did not really change my diet. However, the people around me commented that my face looked more radiant.

Maintained My Weight Despite Eating Lots
Once I was done with the detox, I merely maintained by consuming Fibre Plus and taking Hunza Slim on the occasions where I need to eat a lot as keeping myself slim and beautiful was very important to a vainpot like me.

And despite being a BIG EATER, just doing so helped me maintain my weight very well. In fact, my friends and colleagues were all asking me why I managed to eat so much yet not put on weight or put on much weight?

Recently though, I decided to do another detox. This time round, I decided to go for a more intensive detox and to aid the detox, I even invested in this bedpad (KIKO) that could help the cells rejuvenate and detox while we sleep!

Sleeping Less But Feeling More Alert!
Because I am a night owl. I never sleep early. According to my standard, sleeping at 2am is considered normal, 12mn is considered early and 4am is considered late.

Before I slept on kiko bed pad, I always have problems waking up in the morning. Waking up was always pure torture. Even if I do wake up, it took my mind about 30 minutes to warm up before it can really function.

About 1 week after I slept on kiko bed, I realised that I woke up each morning feeling fresh, no longer like before, even though I still turn in so late.

Reaching My Ideal Weight
As for my intensive detox, I wanted to do it because I have been desperately wanting to achieve my ideal weight of 45 KG.

I was around 48kg when I started working and have been trying to lose even more weight by signing up for a gym membership. At one time, I went gym about 4 times per week for about 3 months.

But despite that, the lowest I could go was 46 Kgs. Despite trying hard, I still cant reach my goal of 45 Kgs.

When I started to reduce my visits to the gym due to work and personal schedule, my weight skyrocketed to 48kg and refused to go down further.

2 weeks after I started my detox programme, my weight began to drop steadily. By the end of my 2nd week, I already achieved my goal of 45 Kgs. All my pants/dress/skirts which used to be a little too tight on me now fits nicely. I started to wearing my short skirts with confidence again.

My Burning Mouth Syndrome
I have always had very dry and sensitive lips. I needed to apply lip balm 24/7. If I don’t apply lip balm before I sleep, I usually will wake up the next morning with with the corners of my lips. Sometimes its so bad even opening my mouth is painful. If I dun apply lip balm in office, my lips will be dry and itchy and peeling the whole day.

It is especially irritating after meals as my lips will become very itchy and dry and they will look botchy and slightly swollen like two hotdogs!

After the detox, my cracked lips also got better! I can now go without lip balm the whole day, even in air con room. I can now apply lippie without first having to apply lip balm which I need to do in the past because my lips are too dry and cracked for the colour to stick on.

Panda No More
Before detox, I also had very dark eye rings which I desperately wanted to get rid of because my friends were already calling me “National Treasure” as a nickname given that the Panda is a national treasure in China.

After the detox, my dark eye rings have gotten lighter despite me still not resting enough and I no longer have to use so much concealer when I make up.


Morning Sinus Gone
I really love the detox as I enjoyed so many benefits from it. One very important thing is that my morning sinus is gone. I used to be sniffing every other morning and about once a month, I will get flu attacks so bad they lasted for the whole day. But since I started the detox and maintained with VPlus and Fibre Plus, I have no more sinus in the morning!


Keeping Myself Young
Another exciting benefit I have enjoyed from the detox is this.

You see, by the time I started the detox again, I was already 25.. that was a quarter century old..

I decided that at age of 25, its the right time for me to really take care of my body so that I can age gracefully into the big 30s...

And indeed! After detox, my skin also feels smoother. My face feels very soft now and my arms and legs felt smoother as well. The scar on my right knee cap seems to fade and is not so visible now as well.

And I definitely felt more energetic and then before, where I was always always feeling tired and always having a hard time to keep myself awake, especially after meal times.

Albert's Dizzy Spells

I have started doing detox and taking the HUNZA health foods since the end of November 2005.

For me, I did not really have much health problems or needs. I have a good body weight, good skin and even when I went for my health screening, I would get perfect scores.

Just before I started on the detox though, I was beginning to suffer from dizzy spells.

They would come on and off throughout the day. But since I could still continue with my work, I did not bother about it much.

But as the days turned into months, I started to started to get concerned. Because of that, I was convinced that I really needed to detox my body when I heard about how it worked from Angel.

During detox, I monitored my diet and reduced meat intake and consumed more fruits and vegetables like Angel advised.

Even without meaning to lose weight, in four months though, I lost 4kg altogether. I was very happy with this result as I felt fitter and lighter as a result.

The most important thing is that without my realizing, my dizzy spells were gone completely and I did not even realize that I was no longer suffering from them!

Zach: Acne King


I felt as if I was born with acne.

The 'before' picture you see above is how I looked like AFTER trying countless methods t get rid of this problem. Yeap, that was how bad my problem was.

By the time I was 19, I got so tired of having pus, red pocks and scars on my face that I decided that I wanted to change this aspect of my life for good.

I hated it when people looked at me because when they do, I felt that they were not looking at ME but rather, at my pimples. The more uncomfortable I felt about my acne, the more people I thought was staring at me and laughing at me, the more I thought this, the more uncomfortable I felt. I was sick of feeling this way and wanted to get out of this vicious cycle.

From then on, I started to spend loads of money to try to find a solution for my acne problem.. But despite spending so much money, so much time searching for new formulas and so much effort trying out new solutions, my problems persisted and just got worse with time.

Not only did the acne problem on my face get worse, it had started to slowly spread to my body and arms. My skin became so sensitive that I had to resort to using face wash as a shower gel.

Not only that, I felt so ashamed of my acne that I powdered my face to cover redness and the marks everytime I went out! For a guy, this is definitely a last resort!

As more and more acne scars started to appear on my chest and my right forearm, I got more and more upset. I tried to console myself then that this might just be a phase my body is going through. But as the problem got worse and worse, I got more and more depressed.

I was really depressed as I was at loss about what to do with the situation.

I had tried everything that people told me might work. Why did they not work on me?!

After hundreds of disappointments, I felt that I must have been cursed. I was dejected and thought of giving up.. but something in me kept hoping for a miracle to happen.

Just as I was beginning to think that there was no hope left, someone introduced me to a Dreams Inc hero ;)

By then though, I was mostly cynical about anything people introduced to me as I felt most solutions don't work at all. To me, it seemed quite impossible that a simple detoxification of my body would get rid of the problem.

But one month after the detox, a miracle did happen! My scars started to lighten and I started to break out less often.

I was most amazed when I found out that even the yakult-straw-sized needle marks I had on my arms (due to my medic officer training) had also started to disappear when most of my fellow trainees still had 20 over 'holes' and scars on their arms!

Yee Lin: Lose 18kg within 3 months!

I had always been short.. but I was never petite.

As I grew up, I just got wider but never grew much taller. At 18, I was weighing a hefty 75kg with only a 1.6m frame. Because of this, I had very low self esteem.

I also had very bad constipation in the past. I'll bleed whenever I tried to pass motion and I hated passing motion due to this. Because of this, I conditioned myself to only pass motion once a week.

Finally, it got so bad that the doctor prescribe a medication "the bullet" to be inserted into the anus everyday.

That itself is another torture that I really hated. Imagine stuffing a capsule into your anus everyday, not only is it disgusting, it was also extremely uncomfortable and I felt even worse than being constipated for one month!

Initially, I followed Angel's advice to do a detox purely to lose weight! For me, I did not hesitate at all to just do it because I had seen the many successful testimonials. The fact that Angel's son who was a mere baby then was also taking it made me feel that it must be perfectly safe for consumption.

After 2 weeks, I lost 4kg! I was elated! I had never never never lost this amount of weight within 2 WEEKS!

Proper Detoxification

Many people ask me why I suggest insist the use of health supplements during a detox, especially during a juicing therapy. I came across and interesting article about doing detox properly... written by a doctor...

We live in an increasingly toxic world. Toxic substances are everywhere in the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the water we drink. In addition, we face a dramatic increase in electromagnetic radiation from cellular phones, power lines, and a depleted ozone layer.

Your ability to deal with this barrage of environmental stressors is a major determinant of your health, energy levels, and immune function.

Toxins damage the body in a cumulative way. Substances such as lead, mercury, pesticide residues, solvents, and other toxic compounds can accumulate and wreak havoc on our normal metabolic processes.


Holistic practitioners believe that some of the symptoms that can appear when the body's detoxification system is overwhelmed include an inability to concentrate, chronic fatigue, headaches, muscle pain, depression, and an increased susceptibility to colds and flu.

To Fast or Not to Fast

Don't Overwork Your Kidneys

The other day, I attended a seminar and I was told that it is important to drink LOTS OF WATER.

I was told that our bodies are 70% made up of water and all these water is part of our cells. When we do not drink enough water, we will dehydrate. When we do not have enough water, our cells are unable to rejuevenate as well.

Not only will it affect our weight loss plans and make us put on excess weight to make us look ugly and lose confidence, it will also make us look and feel older, age faster and will also affect our immune system as toxins overloading our system can only be flushed out if we drink enough water.

Not drinking enough water is also bad for your blood circulation, gives you higher chance of high blood pressure, high chlorestrol and a lack of overall energy level in your body.

Little wonder though.. we can survive even if we do not eat for up to two weeks but if we do not drink for 3 days, we will start to suffer from dehydration....

But it is not only important to drink water... lots of it.. it is also important to drink GOOD, CLEAN WATER ;)

Some time back, I was sharing about how lucky I felt that I had used a water filter instead of my son's kidneys to filter our "dirty" stuff in the water we drink?

Recently, the very kind Alan has sent me some photos of water filters in the home of his consumer's homes...

Water: How much you should drink everyday?

Water is essential to good health, yet needs vary by individual. These guidelines can help ensure you drink enough fluids.

How much water should you drink each day? — a simple question with no easy answers. Studies have produced varying recommendations over the years, but in truth, your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live.

Though no single formula fits everyone, knowing more about your body's need for fluids will help you estimate how much water to drink each day.

Health benefits of water

Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions.

How much water do you need?

Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water.

A couple of approaches attempt to approximate water needs for the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate.

Replacement approach. The average urine output for adults is 1.5 liters a day. You lose close to an additional liter of water a day through breathing, sweating and bowel movements. Food usually accounts for 20 percent of your total fluid intake, so if you consume 2 liters of water or other beverages a day (a little more than 8 cups) along with your normal diet, you will typically replace the lost fluids.

Dietary recommendations. The Institute of Medicine advises that men consume roughly 3.0 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.

Even apart from the above approaches, it is generally the case that if you drink enough fluid so that you rarely feel thirsty and produce between one and two liters of colorless or slightly yellow urine a day, your fluid intake is probably adequate.

Factors that influence water needs

You may need to modify your total fluid intake depending on how active you are, the climate you live in, your health status, and if you're pregnant or breast-feeding.

Exercise. The more you exercise, the more fluid you'll need to keep your body hydrated. An extra 1 or 2 cups of water should suffice for short bouts of exercise, but intense exercise lasting more than an hour (for example, running a marathon) requires additional fluid. How much additional fluid is needed depends on how much you sweat during the exercise, but 13 to26 ounces (or about 2 to 3 cups) an hour will generally be adequate, unless the weather is exceptionally warm.

During long bouts of intense exercise, it's best to use a sports drink that contains sodium, as this will help replace sodium lost in sweat and reduce the chances of developing hyponatremia, which can be life-threatening. Fluid also should be replaced after exercise. Drinking 16 ounces of fluid per pound of body weight lost during exercise is recommended.

Environment. Hot or humid weather can make you sweat and requires additional intake of fluid. Heated indoor air also can cause your skin to lose moisture during wintertime. Further, altitudes greater than 2,500 meters (8,200 feet) may trigger increased urination and more rapid breathing, which use up more of your fluid reserves.

Illnesses or health conditions. Signs of illnesses, such as fever, vomiting and diarrhea, cause your body to lose additional fluids. In these cases you should drink more water and may even need oral rehydration solutions, such as Gatorade, Powerade or Ceralyte. Certain conditions, including bladder infections or urinary tract stones, also require increased water intake. On the other hand, certain conditions such as heart failure and some types of kidney, liver and adrenal diseases may impair excretion of water and even require that you limit your fluid intake.

Pregnancy or breast-feeding. Women who are expecting or breast-feeding need additional fluids to stay hydrated. Large amounts of fluid are lost especially when nursing. The Institute of Medicine recommends that pregnant women drink 2.4 liters (about 10 cups) of fluids daily and women who breast-feed consume 3.0 liters (about 12.5 cups) of fluids a day.

Beyond the tap: Other sources of water

Although it's a great idea to keep water within reach at all times, you don't need to rely only on what you drink to satisfy your fluid needs. What you eat also provides a significant portion of your fluid needs. On average, food provides about 20 percent of total water intake, while the remaining 80 percent comes from water and beverages of all kinds.

For example, many fruits and vegetables such as watermelon and cucumbers are nearly 100 percent water by weight. Beverages such as milk and juice are also comprised mostly of water. Even beer, wine and caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea or soda can contribute, but these should not be a major portion of your daily total fluid intake. Water is one of your best bets because it's calorie-free, inexpensive and readily available.

Dehydration and complications

Failing to take in more water than your body uses can lead to dehydration. Even mild dehydration — as little as a 1 percent to 2 percent loss of your body weight — can sap your energy and make you tired. Common causes of dehydration include strenuous activity, excessive sweating, vomiting and diarrhea.

Signs and symptoms of dehydration include:

Mild to excessive thirst
Fatigue
Headache
Dry mouth
Little or no urination
Muscle weakness
Dizziness
Lightheadedness

Mild dehydration rarely results in complications — as long as the fluid is replaced quickly — but more-severe cases can be life-threatening, especially in the very young and the elderly. In extreme situations, fluids or electrolytes may need to be delivered intravenously.

Staying safely hydrated

It's generally not a good idea to use thirst alone as a guide for when to drink. By the time one becomes thirsty, it is possible to already be slightly dehydrated. Further, be aware that as you get older your body is less able to sense dehydration and send your brain signals of thirst. Excessive thirst and increased urination can be signs of a more serious medical condition. Talk to your doctor if you experience either.

To ward off dehydration and make sure your body has the fluids it needs, make water your beverage of choice. Nearly every healthy adult can consider the following:

- Drink a glass of water with each meal and between each meal.
- Hydrate before, during and after exercise.
- Substitute sparkling water for alcoholic drinks at social gatherings.

If you drink water from a bottle, thoroughly clean or replace the bottle often. Refill only bottles that are designed for reuse.

Though uncommon, it is possible to drink too much water. When your kidneys are unable to excrete the excess water, the electrolyte (mineral) content of the blood is diluted, resulting in a condition called hyponatremia (low sodium levels in the blood). Endurance athletes — such as marathon runners — who drink large amounts of water are at higher risk of hyponatremia. In general, though, drinking too much water is rare in healthy adults who consume an average American diet.

If you're concerned about your fluid intake, check with your doctor or a registered dietitian. He or she can help you determine the amount of water that's best for you.

Diagnosing Illnesses From Your Iris

Mr Wu, a very seasoned iridologist points out that the answer is what medical science has always been promoting- that PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

When you do a scan of your iris, you will be able to find out certain possible health issues before any symptoms of the health problems may appear physically.

From your iris, an iridologist will be able to tell you the current condition of your health and point out signs of toxic accumulation. These are already good warning signs to future problems.

This means that our iris will be able to tell us the current condition of our health and we no longer need to wait for the disease to be fully manifested in physical form before we are aware of it.

We also no longer need to do a medical exam to find out if we are sick because according to iridology, if the cause of the disease is forming in progress, we would be able to see it in your eyes way before it has developed into a disease.

In the past few years, Mr Wu has used these unique methods to help bring health and hope to countless people. Many of which were stroke, diabetic, arthiritis patients. A year ago, there were two patiences. One with chronic headache and ringing in the ears and the other one who keeps having fever. After an iris scan and some naturpathy advice, they have since recovered.
